Great stay! I found the staff to be really nice and accomodating, including regular texts checking in to see if everything was up to standard. Room was simple but clean and comfortable with a good bed. Lobby and lounge area is very nice and there were people down there all the time doing work and socializing. The bar downstairs is a nice addition, although it's expensive outside of the guest happy hour period. Just a few steps to the Red Line and plenty of restaurants and supermarkets. All in all a great stay and I would be happy to return!

The room was the perfect size for a single traveler like myself! Not too big, not too small. It was plenty clean and the bed was very comfy! Not to mention the AC worked like a charm. Definitely would consider coming back!

The room was a little small but it was very nice nonetheless. It was clean from top to bottom even the shelves and the shower was spotless. Front desk was extremely helpful and even sent me a text message to check how I like the room. I would recommend this

The lobby was very welcoming, the hidden office behind the desks was super cool! The elevator was always quick to arrive, even on the twelfth floor! Beautiful views from the room & a firm bed. I will definitely be staying here again.

The staff was nothing but kind, helpful, excellent! Room was clean & adorable. Coffee bar in the lobby was delicious. Thankful for the complementary bottles of water at check in. Appreciated the handout about the amenities of the hotel. Loved the neighborhood!

The staff are very friendly and always there to welcome you with a smile. The hotel is modern, clean and such a convenient and central location. Furthermore, the room is clean and there is a good sized gym as well.

I was in town for a birthday celebration; Nikko, Aidan, and Shakeya went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant experience. They checked on me throughout my stay and made sure my friends and I were comfortable. The room was amazing and spacious. Front desk staff was available throughout the entire evening. As I thanked Nikko, I heard another traveler giving similar compliments about their exceptional service. Will definitely return.

Location was amazing. A walk in any direction takes you to a different neighborhood with shops, restaurants, bars, parks, etc. We found on-street parking to be very easy and didn't need to use the attached ramp. Free water provided by the front desk was a very appreciated service. We also brought our dogs and appreciated the pet friendliness.

it was very friendly and comfortable. The staff were helpful and kind. They went out of their way to make us feel at home. The hotel was in an excellent position for all the things we want ed to do. Close to bars Resturant shops theatres and transport. Close to the Lake.
